This is the boring but important bit. To avoid any confusion or disappointment please read the Terms and Conditions of this website carefully.

The layout, design and content of this website are protected by copyright and no reproduction or modification is allowed without prior permission or consent.

All products included in this website are manufactured to the highest standards and carry CE approval. By displaying the CE standard mark, you can be assured that our toys have all been thoroughly tested for safety and that they all comply with the relevant safety standards. There is guidance on the suitable age range within the product pages for each of our toys. All products will remain our property until payment is received in full. On occasion the colour or shade of some items may vary from those displayed. Several items are available in different styles/colours and we endeavour to have all options available at all times. However, if your chosen style/colour is not available we will contact you to confirm whether a replacement would be suitable.

Postage and Packaging will be charged on the following scale -
£2.50 on orders up to and including £15.00,
£3.50 on orders up to and including £45.00,
£4.50 on orders up to and including £75.00, and
FREE on orders over £75.00.

We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK. Goods will be sent via Royal Mail. Alternatively, we can send the items recorded delivery for an additional £1.00, just specify your delivery choice at the checkout. If no-one is available to accept delivery and it will not fit through your letter box, it will be taken to your local Royal Mail Sorting Office and held for a short period for you to collect. If it remains uncollected, it will be returned to us. Any charges incurred in this process will be passed on to the customer. We will obtain proof of postage for all items dispatched. Whilst every endeavour is taken to ensure timely supply and delivery of our goods, we do not accept liability for the consequences of any delay occurring after the products have been dispatched by us. Goods will not be dispatched on Bank Holidays or over the weekend. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
Free delivery is available locally, only by prior arrangement. Misuse of the Free Postage option will result in a delay in your order being dispatched until payment is received.

We believe our prices are amongst the most competitive around, and hope that you agree. We are a small independent business, and as such do not have necessity to add additional VAT on to our prices. The prices stated on the website are the prices you will be charged. All you need to do is to add the postage and packaging charge applicable to the cost of the goods ordered.

A full exchange or refund will be offered for any reason, provided we are notified within 7 days of the goods being received by you, and subsequently returned to us. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, and must not have been damaged in any way. Any damage to the goods or packaging may result in a small surcharge being imposed. Refunds will be paid by either cheque or Nochex (for which you need to be registered with them) and issued within 2 working days of the goods being returned. If an exchange is requested, this will also be issued within 2 working days. The purchaser will be liable to cover all postage costs and only the price of the product(s) will be refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty, then we will refund the postage charges as well. We would recommend sending any returns by Special Delivery and obtaining proof of postage so they can be traced through the postal service and that you are insured against damage or loss in transit. Please include with your returned goods the reason for the return and the date purchased or a copy of the original receipt.

We accept payment by most Credit and Debit Cards via our payment processors, Nochex. For orders up to £100.00, customers do not have to be registered with Nochex but this is required for orders above this amount, up to a daily limit of £300.00. We also accept payment by personal cheque, made payable to G T Whitton, and cash. Cheques must be cleared prior to goods being dispatched. Cash is accepted, but sent via the postal service at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for cash lost in the mail, and would recommend against posting cash.

The security of your details are paramount and of justifiable concern to you and us here at Beeble Toys. Both our Shopping Cart supplier, Roman Cart, and our Payment Processor, Nochex, use industry standard 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encrypted Data Transfer. This means that any sensitive information you send to their servers is encrypted in transit and not seen by anyone. The appearance of the padlock icon at the bottom of the window shows a legitimately determined secure system.

Here at Beeble Toys we need to collect your name and address details so that the products you purchase can be sent to you. We would only ever use your details to contact you about any special offers which we may have, or new items we think you may be interested in. The details you provide us with will NEVER be passed on to any third party.

From time to time we may discount certain items in our shop or may run a special promotion. These will be the only time that discount is offered. Please do not ask for either discount or credit, as refusal often offends.
